“Art is not about copying or mere replication; it requires originality and deep emotional investment. It is the translation of ideas, creativity, emotions, concepts, and compositions into visual form. An original artwork carries both conceptual clarity and emotional depth. It invites viewers not only to observe, but to feel and connect beyond the surface.”
“Art awakens emotions and offers their release.” — Aristotle
My name is Ishaan, a self taught artist with over 10+ years of experience. My work transforms raw emotions into meaningful visual experiences. Through conceptual art, dark art, and comic art, I explore themes of grief, longing, and spiritual love, while also bringing stories to life through strong and stylized characters.
My work blends symbolism, emotional depth, and visual storytelling. Each artwork is created to help viewers connect with the work on personal, and also on philosophical level. The intention is to encourage reflection and deeper understanding. Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and Persian, which allows me to communicate with diverse audiences and share the essence of my work across different cultures.
There are two kinds of qualifications: One is personal qualification, and the other is academic qualification. When it comes to intellectual or philosophical matters, personal qualification holds more importance than academic qualification. Personal qualification is based on experience, knowledge, and records, things that can be verified, and in many cases, it can be more authentic than academic qualifications.
This is because it is often seen that even people who have completed a postgraduate degree in Hindi many a times mispronounce basic words, for example, saying “sareer” instead of “shareer.” Even if they don’t have any knowledge, they will still be considered postgraduates because they have the academic qualification, that is, degree.
